Nicole Alcorn
Chief Member Experience Officer
As Chief Member Experience Officer, Nicole is responsible for shaping the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of the credit union's 50-plus retail branches and contact center. With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, Nicole excels in delivering service excellence, driving growth, optimizing operational efficiencies, and achieving outstanding financial performance. She leverages data analysis to make actionable, insight-driven decisions and crafts engagement programs that enhance both employee and member satisfaction.
Prior to her role at Everwise, Nicole served as Regional Vice President at Centier Bank from 2000 to 2017. She launched her career at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, where she gained experience in retail and trading from 1998 to 2000.
Nicole holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree from Waynesburg University. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Nicole actively participates on the Board of Directors for Opportunity Enterprises, Inc., an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities. Nicole and her husband reside in northwest Indiana with their two sons.
