Wellfield Botanic Gardens Annual Family Membership Contest

December 1, 2024 – January 12, 2025

Prize: 4 - $135 Value Basic Memberships to Wellfield Botanic Gardens

Entries and Eligibility: The contest drawing is open to anyone who completes an automatic or manual entry into the Wellfield Botanic Gardens Annual Family Membership Contest anytime between December 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and January 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Limit of one entry per person. Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid email address to enter. Employees of Everwise Credit Union or its subsidiaries are not eligible. Business, municipal, organizational, and community service groups are not eligible. No purchase is required to participate in drawing. Purchase or signing up for any services will not increase chances of winning.

Automatic Entries: An entry is received when the following steps are completed between December 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and January 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET):

Step 1: Visit the Everwise Wellfield Botanic Gardens  Annual Family Membership Contest page and complete the form at the top of the page with your contact information for entry into the contest. Your first name, last name, email address, and phone number are required.

Step 2: Once the form is completed, click the submit button to enter.

Manual Entries: A manual entry may be completed and submitted to enter this drawing by sending a written entry on a 3 x 5 piece of paper setting forth the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, and (if applicable) member number. By submitting a written entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Manual entries must be received between December 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and January 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Only one entry per envelope per person will be accepted for manual entry; no photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted; and the Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete, or postage-due entries. Entries must be mailed to: Everwise Credit Union, Attn. Mobile/ATM Check Deposit Promotion, 110 S. Main St., South Bend, IN 46601.

Drawing: Four winners (4) will be drawn by Everwise officials, whose decisions are final, on the date listed below at 110 S. Main St., South Bend, IN 46601.

Drawing Date: January 13, 2025, at 10:00 am Eastern Time (ET)

The winners will be notified by phone and/or email. For the name of the prizewinner, send a self-addressed envelope to Everwise Credit Union, Marketing Department, 110 S. Main St., South Bend, IN 46601.

Odds of Winning: Actual odds of winning are based upon the total number of eligible entries received prior to the entry deadline.

Winner Acceptance/Claiming Prize: No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion. By accepting or claiming a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. Winners may be asked to sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity. If the winner is under 18 (if applicable) a parent, guardian, or the joint owner on the account must sign. By acceptance of a prize, the winner agrees to give consent to publish the winner’s name, address, likeness, and prize information without additional compensation. If a prize notification is not accepted within 5 business days of notification, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid.

Release of Claims: All winners, winners within same household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action, and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
